Together with co-founder Eric, a lifelong outdoorsman and fly fishing enthusiast with a background in conservation biology, they built relationships with select ranchers who shared their vision for quality and sustainability. Their complementary skills created the perfect foundation for a company dedicated to bringing premium meats directly from ranch to table.
The team expanded when Carter's sister Kara joined the venture, bringing her expertise in connecting with families who value quality nutrition and authentic experiences. As a respected voice in her community, Kara bridges the gap between dedicated ranchers and families seeking exceptional quality for their tables.
