Three cuts that cover the whole week: a steak night, everyday ground beef meals, and a Sunday pot roast. Grill the New York strips hot and fast, use the ground beef for burgers, chili, and tacos, and braise the chuck roast low and slow until it falls apart. All of our beef is USDA Prime and dry-aged for 14 days for deeper flavor. Every cut is vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness.
