Beef Kidney

Beef kidney is a traditional favorite with a bold, rich flavor, and it's one of the best natural sources of B12, selenium, and iron. Ours comes from ranch-raised USDA Prime Angus cattle.

For the mildest flavor, trim out the white core, slice, and soak in milk or salted water for an hour before cooking. Then use it the classic way in steak and kidney pie, or sauté it quickly with onions, mushrooms, and a splash of wine.
