Beef Liver

Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat, packed with vitamin A, B12, iron, and copper. Ours comes from ranch-raised USDA Prime Angus cattle, sliced and vacuum-sealed so it's easy to pull out just what you need.

Sear it quickly in a hot pan with butter and onions for classic liver and onions, or blend a little into ground beef for burgers and meatballs to sneak in the nutrition without the strong flavor. Don't overcook it: liver is best with a little pink in the middle.
