Top sirloin is the steak for people who want big beef flavor without the richness of a ribeye. Ours is USDA Prime Angus, the top grade for marbling, and it’s dry-aged for 14 days to deepen the flavor and tenderize the meat. The result is a naturally lean cut that still eats juicy and beefy. Each steak is cut thick enough to build a deep, caramelized crust on a hot grill or in cast iron while the center stays pink. Serve it whole, or slice it thin for steak salads, fajitas, and skewers. Vacuum-sealed for freshness.
