Berkshire Boston Pork Butt

Ask any pitmaster where great pulled pork starts, and they'll point to the Boston butt. Ours is cut from pasture-raised Berkshire pork, a heritage breed with marbling that melts slowly through the meat as it cooks, keeping every bite rich and juicy. Give it a long, slow smoke and a good bark, then pull it apart for sandwiches, tacos, or a backyard feed for a crowd. Each one is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to lock in freshness, so you're ready the next time the smoker calls.
