A little of everything we do best. This box pairs bold New York strip steaks with bone-in Berkshire blade chops and a stack of ground beef, so you can try our beef and pork in the same week. Grill the strips for a special dinner, sear the chops on a weeknight, and keep the ground beef on hand for easy, clean-protein meals. All of our beef is USDA Prime and dry-aged for 14 days, and our pork is pasture-raised Berkshire. Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen.

What’s in the box:

  • 2 New York strip steaks (5–6 oz each, about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 bone-in Berkshire blade chops (8–10 oz each, about 3/4 inch thick)
  • 4 lbs ground beef (four 1-lb packs)
