Prime Alpine Feast Box

A big box for big families and full freezers. It has steaks for the grill, a chuck roast for Sunday dinner, stew meat and ground beef for everyday meals, plus a Boston butt for pulled pork and ham steaks for easy breakfasts. This mix of beef and pork will keep the table full of clean protein for weeks. All of our beef is USDA Prime and dry-aged for 14 days, and our pork is pasture-raised Berkshire. Every cut is vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness.

What’s in the box:

• 2 New York strip steaks (5–6 oz each, about 1 inch thick)
• 4 top sirloin steaks (6–7 oz each, about 1 inch thick)
• 1 chuck roast (3–5 lbs)
• 2 lbs beef stew meat
• 4 lbs ground beef (four 1-lb packs)
• 1 Boston butt (4–6 lbs)
• 2 Ham Steaks (~1–1.5 lbs each)

All weights are approximate. Natural variation is to be expected.
