Sirloin Tip Roast

Sirloin tip is the classic roast beef cut: lean, finely grained, full of beef flavor, and a great source of clean protein. Ours is USDA Prime Angus, dry-aged for 14 days to deepen the flavor and tenderize the meat, so it stays more tender and juicy than a typical sirloin tip. It holds its shape as it cooks and carves into clean, even slices. Roast it in the oven to medium-rare and slice it thick for Sunday dinner with pan gravy, or chill the leftovers and shave them thin for roast beef sandwiches all week. Vacuum-sealed for freshness.
