Our beef stew meat is USDA Prime Angus, dry-aged for 14 days for deeper flavor, and comes pre-cut into hearty chunks, so all you have to do is brown it, add potatoes, carrots, onions, and broth, and let time do the rest. As it cooks, the beef turns tender and fills the broth with rich, beefy flavor, and you end up with a bowl of clean protein that warms you all the way through. It's just as good in chili, vegetable beef soup, or a slow cooker dinner that's ready when you walk in the door. Every pack is vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness.
